Penny, short for Penelope, came to PIPs in an unusual fashion. She was found in the middle of the road at 10:00 at night and one of our fosters pulled over to try and entice her into the car. Penny took one look at that car, jumped in, and made herself at home. Ever since that night, Penny hasn’t looked back. She thinks indoor living is the best! She is a smart, sweet, affectionate little girl who makes up for her small stature with a big personality! She loves snuggles, wrestling matches, playing with friends, and going on adventures. She’s most fond of lap time. She is learning how to adjust to crate time and mostly does very well with it. She also is working on the potty training, but she loves a treat, so is very motivated to succeed. Penelope is going to bring sparkle to a lucky family’s life! She loves kids, cats, dogs, and all humans who are willing to give her some pets.
